If you know anything about me and my photo editing preferences you know this – I’m not a fan of making my photos black and white. I can love to death someone else’s black and white photos, but when it comes to my own, eh… not so much.
Then last night while I was laying in bed, it came to me.
I was laying there, with Mason snuggled up next to me, and I looked over at him and I noticed by the light that the Kindle gives off, we’re in black and white. I can’t make out much color because I have my brightness turned all the way down and I read in the black background/white words setting.
Which to me, this means that all my co-sleeping memories with Mason should probably also be in black and white. I’ll admit, this epiphany does have me feeling slightly more cordial to the whole lack of color. I mean don’t get me wrong, I still have no intentions of just, you know, doing it for like no reason.
But I’m more open to it now, and that’s what counts. Right?
Now, some snapshots of our life in black and white.
In other words – co-sleeping pictures.
