A morning with Mason.

Just a little post to give you a little chuckle over life with Mason this morning.

SAM_0182

Lets start with when he second wakes up (the first time he wakes he gets in bed to nurse and sleep for another hour… or two… ):

“GOOD MORNING MOMMY! I love you, Buttcheeks!” Are you ready to get up and eat some breakfast and start your day? “Nooooo…. I stay Mommy cozy bed. I swee-sie (nurse) BOTH sides boobies all day!” No, why don’t we just get up, Mommy has to go potty and eat. The baby needs food. “No, no baby need food.” Then he jumps out of bed, runs to the bathroom. “I go tee-tee potty first! No Mommy tee-tee potty! MINE POTTY!”

“Hey baby…”

Angry_Birds_promo_art

“Hey baby, did you use Kindle last night or this morning and then put it back on my bedside table?”

“No. I fell asleep last night and you were using it. Didn’t see it this morning.”

“OK, cause it was dead and Angry Birds was open when I picked it up this morning.”

“Oh???”

“Yup. lol”

“Ryan was the only one up and awake this morning.”

“Yeah I already figured it was him. lol Just figured I should make sure you didn’t feel a raging desire to play Angry Birds last night.”

“I got hot and heavy last night and that was the only thing that would fix it… weeeeeeeeeeeeee.”

(text conversation between John and I this morning – I start it with “Hey baby”)

Not what I was going to post.

But oh screw it. I don’t feel much like thinking tonight. lol
My brain is saying “Noooooo! Don’t make me work!” So I will pity it and not use it.
Instead, please enjoy these words of wisdom coming to you via Pinterest.

Dishes Drama

This would be a conversation between Zach and I tonight. He was being forced to help me load and unload the dishwasher while John helped me out by cooking dinner.

“Gosh, how many more dishes do we have to load?!”
”As many as it takes to empty the sink.”

*5 minutes later*

“Seriously! Are we done yet?”
”Seriously… no. Quit complaining I do this several times a day with no help.”

*5 more minutes later*

“If this takes much longer I’m flushing myself down the toilet and going to someone else’s house. This sucks.”

Yes…. doing dishes does completely suck. He will get no argument from me on this.

Potty Queen and Pinning Wins

John “You want to hear my new goal?”
Me “Sure! What is it?”

John “Well, see you know…”
Me *busy thinking about…* “WAIT! I think I need to go pee first!”
*run out of kitchen to bathroom*

John “Please then, don’t let me stop you.”
Me *from way over on other side of living room* “But John! I've always wanted to go pee on the floor!”

This is much funnier when you remember that I am almost 7 (!!!OMG!!!) months pregnant and peeing is now very serious business.

This is just a taste of the types of posts you can expect. I love blogging those random silly conversations that you hear going around my house. It gets even better when you add the boys in.

And this totally just in.

<---I pinned that from one of the cutest blogs e.v.e.r an hour earlier. 48 REPINS IN AN HOUR. Obviously I have an excellent eye for the cute. Totally reaffirms my need to do that idea.
