Just a few things.

First… the blog will be getting another facelift soon.
Second… weeks 13, 14, 15, and 16 of Mason and his Monster Puppy.

In other Mason news… Mason is scooting! I keep telling him that just because he is the size of a six month old does not mean that he has to act like one. This mommy needs him to slow down and be a four month old. It is rather funny to watch though. He gets himself up on his hands and knees, rocks back and forth, then just flings himself forward. He also wiggles about like a worm to also get where he wants. It is very – and I mean very – slow moving though.
Other than the impending start of the next school year (August 2nd!!) nothing is really up to much with the big boys. Zach did go to his first overnight – no parents – trip. He went with the church to Kidz Camp. He had so much fun, and we sent him with a disposable camera. Unfortunately, almost two weeks later and we still haven’t gotten the prints back yet. Wal-Mart apparently sent it off to Kodak without including the return store information. But here are some pictures that I got from the director. The tall boy with brown hair in two is Zach’s whole-life-long best friend. He lives behind my mom and my mom watched him from the time he was 6 weeks until he started school. And yes, Zach is short, just not that short. His friend just so happens to be three years older than him – and he is rather tall also.


No real Bella news to share. She’s an obnoxious cute loveable three year old.

8 & 12

Eight years ago today I became a mom.

They tell you it goes by quickly, but you never believe them when your babies are so small. Well, take my word for it – it goes soooo quickly.

And, as promised, a wrap up of Mason’s Monster Puppy pictures over the past 12 weeks.

This week I’ve been busy.

The boys got out of school on May 24th so this was their first week home. Yeah… they haven’t been too bad, but Bella with them is like oh my gosh. She’s driving us all C R A Z Y.

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday I was up at the church for 5ish hours working. At least for the summer (hopefully into the fall as well) I’ll be acting as the primary teacher for the 2-3 year olds PDO class. I’ve been spending a ton of time getting the class ready, planning the lessons, and other such stuffs.

I haven’t added any Mason and Monster Puppy pictures recently, but I have been taking them. I’ll do a wrap up with them all at 12 weeks, but here is a preview of this week’s.

Bella+Mason, Scrapbooking, and iNSD

Oh man I’m going to be busy, busy, busy at my computer this week! International Scrapbooking Day (iNSD) is coming up this weekend and the people I work with are all releasing a ton. And to make it even better… The Lilypad’s May BYOC is also releasing this weekend!!! I’ve already got three pages for this weekend’s releases and I’m nowhere near done yet.

It’s a three day affair.

April 20, 2009 – My original induction date. However, two or three days before it got bumped back to the 21st to accommodate a patient needing a c-section.

April 21, 2009 – I went to the hospital and got started with the induction at 6 am… twelve hours later and I hadn’t made any progress. (fail)

April 22, 2009 – After getting cervadil put in and having contractions all night my induction was started back up. Almost 6 hours later this little girl finally decided to make an entrance.

Oh… and a quick addition with Mason’s four week Monster Puppy picture.

Seven Days Later

I got my first picture of one of his gas awesome-cuteness “smiles.”

I got my first Mason and Monster Puppy picture.

Bella’s still in love with her baby brother – it’s impossible to separate her from him.

This is where Mason spends most of his time.

And I am down 15 pounds – 10 of which shouldn’t count since those 10 were all Mason – from my going into hospital weight. I still have another 30 to go before I get back to my before pregnancy weight.
